WePay Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the WePay platform. Your use constitutes agreement to all terms set forth.

Definitions

WePay platform

The digital platform that provides secure payment services and management of the buying and selling process.

Service

The escrow services provided by the platform to facilitate and secure the transactions between sellers and buyers.

User

Any individual or entity that uses the WePay platform.

Seller

The party offering goods or services for sale through the platform.

Buyer

The party purchasing goods or services through the platform.

Escrow Account

A neutral account where funds are temporarily held until the transaction terms are fulfilled.

Terms of Use

1. The user must be at least 18 years old or legally registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information.
3. The platform has the right to refuse or cancel service to any user without prior notice in case of violation of the terms.

Use of the Escrow Account

1. Funds are deposited by the buyer into the escrow account and are not released to the seller until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction.
2. If the buyer does not confirm receipt within the specified period, the platform will consider the buyer as satisfied and release the amount to the seller.

Refund and Dispute Policy

1. In the event of a dispute, the platform will act as a mediator to resolve the issue.
2. The platform reserves the right to refund the amount to the buyer or release it to the seller based on the provided evidence.

User Obligations

1. Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
2. Users must not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized transactions.
3. Users are responsible for any consequences arising from providing incorrect information.

Platform Rights

1. The platform has the right to change or update these terms at any time.
2. The platform has the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations.
3. The platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user’s account.

Fees and Charges

These fees are inclusive of all applicable bank charges, processing fees, and WePay's service fees. No additional or hidden charges will be applied beyond those stated above.

Privacy Policy

The platform is committed to protecting the user’s personal data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
